Who We
Work With

Rebalance Earth works with diverse stakeholders to restore Nature as business-critical infrastructure, ensuring economic and environmental resilience at scale. Here are the key groups we work with:

Long-term asset owners

Unlocking scalable investment opportunities

At Rebalance Earth, we enable long-term asset owners to allocate capital toward scalable, high-impact Nature restoration projects, delivering both financial returns and measurable environmental outcomes.

We provide:

  • Attractive risk-adjusted returns: with predictable cash flows with low correlation to traditional assets.
  • Capacity for large-scale investments: with the potential to scale to £10 billion within the next decade.
  • UK-based projects: delivering measurable economic, environmental, and social benefits.

By restoring Nature, we mitigate critical business risks such as flooding, drought, and water quality issues. These mitigation services are packaged into Nature-as-a-Service (NaaS) contracts, where companies that benefit pay recurring fees. These payments generate cashflows, enabling Nature to become a reliable source of returns.

Building business resilience

Companies across the UK are increasingly exposed to risks affecting their assets, revenues, and operations due to climate change and Nature degradation. Our landscape-level restoration projects provide an alternative to traditional hard-engineered solutions, using Nature-based Solutions (NbS) to:

  1. Reduced risk of damage to assets
  2. Minimised business disruption

Through NaaS contracts, businesses pay recurring fees tailored to their specific risk level. By paying for the services Nature-based solutions provide businesses are able to address operational vulnerabilities proactively while building resilience and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Addressing transitional risks

Nature-as-a-Service (NaaS) contracts help businesses mitigate reputational, regulatory, and legal risks by supporting their environmental commitments, such as aligning with net-zero goals, TCFD, and TNFD frameworks.

Farmers and landowners

Farmers and landowners are the custodians of our landscapes and seascapes and play a pivotal role in restoring Nature at a landscape scale. We aim to partner with farmers and land owners to develop mutually beneficial projects, supporting the long-term prosperity of their land and environmental restoration.

Through our initiatives, we offer landowners sustainable income opportunities by exploring alternative uses for their land. These include financial support to adopt and maintain regenerative agricultural practices that improve biodiversity, soil health and water retention or allow marginal land to perform its natural role, such as managing floodwaters, which reduces risks for nearby communities.

We are committed to ensuring farmers and land owners see tangible benefits from their commitment and stewardship, fostering long-term economic, environmental, and social benefits.

Communities

Delivering meaningful local impact

The restoration of Nature benefits communities directly through:

  1. Improved air and water quality
Cleaner resources enhance public health and quality of life.

  2. Enhanced property values
Restored ecosystems increase the desirability and value of local properties.

  3. Access to green spaces
Expanding natural areas promotes physical and mental well-being.

  4. Creation of green jobs
Supporting Nature-based solutions fosters sustainable employment opportunities.

Rebalance Earth ensures that restored ecosystems create thriving, resilient local economies by connecting investment capital to community priorities.
