Kirsty Wilman is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of operational and financial leadership. She served as COO of Real Estate at Federated Hermes, leading functions across private markets. Kirsty ensures Rebalance Earth’s platform is robust, scalable, and investor-ready.

Eoin Murray brings 34 years of investment experience across firms including Federated Hermes, GSA Capital, and Callanish Capital. A natural capital specialist, he oversees portfolio strategy and helps investors access compelling nature-based returns.

James Hurrell has 18 years of private market investment experience, including a decade of impact investing at Bridges Fund Management where he sat on numerous boards and was an Investment Committee member. He combines deep investment expertise with formal training from Oxford to guide investment strategy in natural capital.

Anne Reaney is a commercial strategist with 18 years in finance and sustainability. She has held global leadership roles at Persefoni and Truvalue Labs (acquired by FactSet), and brings a strong track record of scaling climate tech solutions.

Professor Neil Entwistle is an expert in water science with 20+ years of applied research experience. Specialising in river dynamics, geomorphology, and restoration, Neil leads Rebalance Earth’s science team to ensure evidence-based, nature-positive outcomes.

Raheem Mirza has 7 years of experience in wealth and asset management, with a background in investment product and proposition design. He also brings experience in lifestyle branding, combining technical expertise with creative insight to shape Rebalance Earth’s marketing strategy.

Kay Nelson has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. She leads financial management and operational oversight at Rebalance Earth, ensuring the company's financial strategies align with its mission and growth objectives.
