Walid Al-Saqqaf
CTO and Co-Founder
Co-founder and CTO of Rebalance Earth, responsible for the technology underpinning the firm's investment approach. Walid leads development of GPAP, the proprietary platform for identifying environmental risks, mapping investible opportunities and supporting evidence-led decisions. With deep experience applying digital technologies to complex business challenges, he ensures the firm's work is scalable, data-driven and robust, aligning financial capital with the restoration of Nature.
Kirsty Wilman
COO and CFO
COO of Rebalance Earth and a Chartered Accountant, bringing senior operational, governance and real asset experience. She was previously COO of a real estate division supporting a £7 billion portfolio and is a Non-Executive Director of a FTSE 250 REIT. Kirsty helps turn Nature restoration into a disciplined, investible proposition with the operational structure, controls and commercial rigour needed to deliver outcomes for companies, investors and ecosystems.
Eoin Murray

She brings more than 15 years' experience across ESG data, climate technology and commercial growth, with senior roles at IHS Markit, Truvalue Labs, FactSet and Persefoni. Ryan Lewis

Gabriella also designed GPAP's power loss analysis capability and authored national-scale research on flood-induced power risk to businesses.
